Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate Accounts — whether created using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and confiscate any Funds or Bonuses associated with them.
To use the Platform's betting and gaming services, you must create an Account by providing accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Indonesian identity document number (KTP), residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information current and to notify us immediately of any changes.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance automatically upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 1–5 minutes. uang69 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems, inter-bank clearing delays, or payment provider maintenance windows.
Withdrawal requests are processed by uang69 within the following timeframes (uang69 internal processing only; actual receipt depends on your bank's clearing schedule):
For fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals must, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not technically possible, the Company will request supporting documentation before processing the withdrawal to an alternative method.
uang69 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, which are beyond our control and are your sole responsibility.
All funds deposited on the Platform must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds.
All Bonuses offered by uang69 are subject to these general terms and any specific promotional terms published at the time the Bonus is offered. In the event of conflict, specific promotional terms prevail.
New Users who successfully complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for the uang69 Welcome Bonus (currently 100% deposit match up to Rp 20,000,000). The Welcome Bonus is available once per User, household, IP address, or shared device. Eligibility is contingent on successful KYC verification and the qualifying deposit meeting the minimum threshold of Rp 100,000.
Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 8x (eight times) the combined value of the Bonus amount and the qualifying deposit amount. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 deposit receiving a Rp 1,000,000 Bonus creates a wagering requirement of Rp 16,000,000.
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements:
Unless stated otherwise, all Bonuses and any associated winnings must be used within 30 calendar days of the Bonus being credited to your Account. Any unutilized Bonus Funds remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically without further notice.
uang69 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward Bonus abuse. Prohibited Bonus conduct includes, but is not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus; placing bets with the sole purpose of satisfying wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent (low-risk hedging strategies); coordinating with other players to exploit promotions; and providing false information to qualify for a Bonus. Where Bonus abuse is identified, the Company reserves the right to void the Bonus, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the Account.
uang69 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any Bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to honoring Bonuses already credited in good faith to User Accounts at the time of the change.
uang69 reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any Bet at its sole discretion, before or after acceptance, including where the Company reasonably suspects the Bet was placed on the basis of insider information, arbitrage opportunities, or system errors. Where a Bet is cancelled by the Company, the staked amount will be returned to your Account balance.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type, market, and Account tier. Current limits are displayed on the relevant game or betting interface at the time of placing a Bet. The Company may apply lower individual stake limits to specific Accounts at its discretion, particularly following large or irregular winning patterns.
In the event of a manifest error, software malfunction, or technical fault affecting game outcomes or displayed odds, uang69 reserves the right to declare all affected Bets void and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. The Company is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on erroneous odds, payouts, or game displays.
